Come along for the ride as I muse and ponder and share and sing...okay, really I don't sing. But I do all those other things.

Happy Friday!
I watched Grey's Anatomy last night, almost entirely uninterrupted. I liked it better than last week, but I'm not sure what the heck they are doing with Izzy and that bothers me. The morning DJ's were saying maybe she has a brain tumor. i don't know if I like that either, but come on! It's one thing to "see" dead people, a whole nother thing to do, well, what she was doing.
Twilight opens today (well, I guess at midnight it opened). We won't be seeing it for a few weeks, maybe by Lyric's birthday. I was excited for the movie, but after seeing a few photos and clips, I'm not as excited. I don't like what they did with Peter Facinelli, and Robert Pattinson doesn't fit my image of Edward. We'll see. I'd like to be pleasantly surprised.
People's sexiest man. Hugh Jackman. (Australian hunk) but sexiest?? Not so sure. Is it funny that he gets this honor right about the time his new movie is coming out?? And the others that I saw on the list?? Not impressed. What's the criteria to be on this list?? Blair Underwood and Zac Efron are the only two that I think deserve to be there. But that is my opinion. I understand that. If you are in love with Hugh Jackman then it's a great week for you! :-)
Okay, so that was a whole lot of "stuff" for today. Enjoy your weekend.

Good Writing...lines that stick with you
1) it's not necessarily Zac, but Troy, due to some pretty slick lines that were created by the writers (but have you seen him shirtless?? sheesh!)
2) I appreciate good writing. Well, I'm sure we all do on some level, but once in a while there is a line - whether it be from a book, a song, a movie that just stays with me. Here's a few that have stuck with me.
"Look at me, right here, look at me" This one probably makes more sense in the context of the movie, but it struck me
"Talk to me" duh, like that's so deep right? But it's from Lipstick Jungle. Brooke Shields' character is having a bad time and her husband is just sooo awesome. That is one strong onscreen marriage, even with all the crap. I hope I'm not wrong and they get into a big fight this week.
"Why didn't you talk to me about this?" said very calmly and matter of factly. This is a very mature comment made by an "18" year old. I love this line.
Disclaimer-the lines are from my memory and may not be exactly as originially written

All Things HSM 3

My friend, Kelley has had a huge crush on Zac since HSM 1. I didn't really see it. Whether it's because Fisher is out of town or I was just having a moment, or maybe even because that boy looked great, I now understand her crush.
The movie was predictable, with only a couple of surprises. It went fast (a whole school year in two hours) but the musical numbers were fantastic. How you can get that many people all in sync singing and dancing and whatnot is amazing to me. My hat's off to the choreographer and the cast. They did a great job.
If you haven't already seen the HSM 3 scenes at jibjab check it out. I laughed so hard I cried...really, it is that funny.

It's happening already....
Lyric has has posters on her walls for a couple of years, mostly Daniel Radcliffe...she is a huge Harry Potter fan...There are a few other ones up there as well, but mostly those.
And I can't really say anything, because Fisher is the one who bought the mag for Baby. He actually went back to the store later to get same magazine for Lyric. Now, there is something wrong with that. they are 4 years apart. Aren't they supposed to like different things? Or am I way off base? Any thoughts?
