or maybe a better year?? Hmm. Food for thought I guess. I have had a birthday since last time I posted. It really doesn't feel any different. I think one year makes such a small difference. It's when I look back 5 years or 10 years that I see changes. 5 years ago, I didn't have a teenager, Baby was, well, still a baby, and I was still working in social services.
This year is gearing up to be a good one. Rick Springfield's annual party in Milwaukee has been confirmed for May 6-10. My friend, K, thinks that we should do 2 shows this year, and we're trying to figure out how to pull that off. (How can I earn some extra money QUICK??) Also, it's mother's day weekend, and let's face it- we deserve it.
Fisher and I haven't planned our family vacation yet. We might just end up with a long weekend somewhere, or we have done a traveling vacation: a couple days here, a couple days there. We'll have to see what we can come up with. And soon.

Hope you had a nice bday, Amy!
We've been trying to plan a vacation too. Looking at upper Michigan. Waiting to find out which week hubby gets before we can get specific.
And I agree with K, go for two nights! I can't wait hope to see you there!
Yes Amy, hope you did indeed have a great birthday! I know part of what you got in the N/T area! LOLOL.
Vacations--awe I so want to run away somewhere warm and tropical. Sigh...
Hope you get two nights. That is just about right. Unless I lived there, too, I'd not want to see anyone 5 nights. Truly does keep it fresh! And Mother's Day--that is a good gift to ask for!
